PROJECT transform

Pupils are grouped into teams, with each team split into pods. Each pod is responsible for building and decorating a component for a giant robot, to a minimum specification. Each team then assembles their robot in the final phase. Runners, pro walkie-talkies, a shop and ten-feet-high robots place this dynamic programme at the forefront of engaging enterprise school programmes. This is teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking on a whole new level.

This programme works well to support a large team of pupils working to generate income for a school or community project. Structured meetings, recorded minutes, and the selling of shares to raise capital are fused with a deeper understanding of the key business basics to make it work—from the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas to branding and marketing.
